Scholar Neffi is an asuran member of the Durmand Priory found on the ground floor of The Tower of Nightmares, next to the Tower of Nightmares Waypoint. She provides information about the Priory Travel Golems within the tower that allow quick travel to the upper floors.

I sent out golems to serve as beacons to portal to, but they're all reporting as off-line aside from the ones just down the hall here. If you clear out the floors, they'll probably start coming online.

Anything else I should know?

The golems support teleporting near them via the ground or the air. So if you're going in via the air, just be careful where you land. I can't control that from here.
