Notes

• Progress for each objective of the Tier 2 Legendary Armor: Suffused Obsidian achievement is tracked separately, in the Effects monitor.
• Each objective has a unique stacking effect counter in the Effects monitor, which will appear once the objective is advanced. It will disappear once the objective is complete.
• Objectives progress is shared across the account.
• This item must be in the inventory of the character to progress objectives. Being in either a character's bags or a shared inventory slot will enable progress to be made.
• Removing Runestone of Suffusion from inventory doesn't remove objective progress. Placing into the bank will prevent objective progress.
• If the achievement is underway, all characters are able to see the effect progress counters, even if they do not have this item in their inventory. To make the counters appear, the character needs to load into a map related to the content associated with the objective. Doing this will also refresh the counter to show the account's current progress. Once a counter is visible to a character, it will remain on their Effects monitor, even if they load into other maps. Note that this can cause the character's counter to fall out-of-sync with the actual progress of the account, if progress was made on another character; to update the counter, load into a related map again.
• Meta-events count towards both complete 3 meta-events and complete 15 events in the corresponding map.
• This item will be consumed upon completion of Tier 2 Legendary Armor: Suffused Obsidian achievement. The vendor will restock the Runestone of Suffusion upon completion of the achievement.
• After all T2 armor is purchased, this item will still be available for purchase. At this time, aside from reactivating Tier 2 Legendary Armor: Suffused Obsidian achievement, this serves no purpose.
