Acquisition

• Found on an arch in Resplendent Trace. Obtain a temporary Griffon at the Griffon Roost south of Sunspear Sanctuary in Yahnur Plateau, then you can fly directly to the arch.
• You can also get a griffon at Cracked Vabbian Griffon Egg and fly directly to this location.
