Ranir is a young norn found with Olra inside of the Great Lodge in Hoelbrak during Dragon Bash.

Even after the dragons are gone, some things remain.

Ranir and Olra are phased; they only appear to characters who have completed the story of Chapter 4: Judgment of Champions in The Icebrood Saga.
He was added with Dragon Bash 2021 or 2022.
