Acquisition[edit]
- In the Viathan Lake near
Viathan Waypoint — , talk to a quaggan after freeing it from Debris south of Moogooloo. You can do this as they're swimming away. (Note: This often only will yield a Toxic Hypnoss.) - Revive a quaggan villager near the surface south of Moogooloo, talk to it before it swims off.
- Destroy Debris south of the Moogooloo Village.
