Pikka used to be a merchant selling items in Trader's Forum of Lion's Arch, just north of Yomm's Mercantile. She survived the attack on Lion's Arch and could be found in the camp in Gendarran Fields, though she did not sell anything while there. She can be found in a memory of Old Lion's Arch.
