Kill dredge engineers and search the bodies for blueprints. You'll find them on the catwalks and other structures inside the mine.

Any other ways?

Yes. If you head toward the fortified center of the cave, you'll find barrels of dredge documents. I'm certain that they will contain copies of the blueprints.
