Acquisition[edit]
- Interact with Mist Connections by Snargle Goldclaw in Dragonfall, on the crates between waypoint and northern edge of the island at Pact Outpost. It can also be found on the lower level of the airship in the Epilogue part of the Descent story instance in War Eternal.
