You're an outlander! I never have new people to talk to. This place is boring. Bet you're wondering what I'm doing out here at this camp.

It did cross my mind.

I came here with Ebele. She patrols the dunes while I hang out at the camp. She takes care of me, because I don't have anybody else.

You don't have any family around here?

I don't like talking about that. My family's gone, okay? And now I'm stuck in this stupid camp with no other kids to play with, and there's never anything to do.

I know it's frustrating now, but it'll get better.

I don't think so. I want to be an adventurer like you. I want to explore all over Tyria, but Ebele won't even let me go to the river! I mean, I guess it's kind of far...

When you get older, maybe.

Yeah, maybe. Then I'll be the most famous adventurer in the whole desert. Maybe I'll even see you again, somewhere far away from here, and we'll have adventure together!
