Acquisition[edit]
- Acquired by talking to Tynna, a ghost found in Sanctum Harbor east of the Old Lion's Arch point of interest, next to a stone wall with a hole in it (to be clear, you need to swim underwater to find the aforementioned wall with a hole in it). If she is not already revealed, use Scan Etheric Field to reveal a Suspicious Location. Interact with the Suspicious Location to spawn Tynna and obtain the item.

- She was originally located southeast of the Old Lion's Arch near the surface of the water Sanctum Harbor.
