Patch	Changes
October 15, 2019	Fixed a bug that prevented vitality from being affected by this trait in PvP and WvW. It will now correctly decrease vitality by 180 in all game modes.
October 01, 2019	Reduced the vitality loss from this trait from 300 to 180.
July 16, 2019	This trait no longer increases damage while you have barrier. Instead it converts 15% of all outgoing strike damage into barrier and reduces vitality by 300.
December 11, 2018	This trait now grants 5% bonus damage when the engineer is under the effects of barrier, in addition to strengthening barrier.
February 06, 2018	This trait has been reworked to increase the effectiveness of barriers you receive by 15%.
November 17, 2015	This trait should now be reflected in the skill facts of appropriate skills.
