Help Explorer Plinx reach the chopper signal location is a level 80 event which takes place in Fields of Gold and is part of a chain of events started by talking to Explorer Plinx nearby in Winterknell Shore.
After repairing his Hazmat Suit, Plinx gets into it and proceeds towards the nearby pact chopper's landing site. Several waves of all sorts of Risen attack him.
