Five Forged Sentries are encountered in the Forged Foothold camp during the Path of Fire story mission Night of Fires. They keep watch for intruders and will try to call for reinforcements when spotting any. Defeating all of them or otherwise completing the mission before they can call in any reinforcements completes the achievement Lurking among the Flames.
