“Before completion: With Dessa's authorization, gain access to additional daily achievements and special vendors with unique items inside the Mistlock Observatory.
After completion: You have unlocked additional daily achievements for fractal scales 21-49[sic]. You can also now access vendors with special items inside the Mistlock Observatory.

- Completing this mastery tier grants the Follows Advice achievement.
- This mastery is required to purchase several items under the "Mastery Items" tab of INFUZ-5959 and "Legendary Components" of BUY-4373.
- This mastery is required for Daily Recommended Fractal scale 21-49 and as of the November 21, 2016 game update, scale 51-75.
