Beta event version: November 30, 2021
- Flying Cutter was available during the End of Dragons Beta Event 4.
- Flying Cutter: Damage coefficient per hit reduced from 0.65 to 0.5 in PvE only.
- Added a skill fact to clarify that each count towards causing a bonus flurry of blades will expire after 5 seconds if not 'used' by reaching a count of 3. This is not a functionality change.
