Fenn was a farmer during The Mad King's reign who was in love with a woman named Maisie, who was presumably his wife. However she died during a famine, due to giving her portions of what little food they had to the children. His ghost can be found by Martyr's Tomb, located inside ruins at Ruins of Holy Demetra.

Dialogue

After a drought killed our crops, we begged King Thorn to lower taxes so we could buy food. He just laughed it off and told us to go eat candy corn.

Notes

• If Fenn is not present, using Scan Etheric Field near the Statue of Dwayna will reveal a Suspicious Location, that upon interacting with, will cause Fenn to appear.
• While Fenn is initially made visible, Maisie will spawn next to him to hold a brief conversation. After this is over, Fenn can be talked to.
