Dialogue[edit]

Event start
Sage Vasanni: Now that we've reactivated Southwatch, we must infuse the other pylons.
Sage Vasanni: I smell smoke. It's coming from the east. We have a pylon in that direction.
Continuing towards the objective as foes spawn
Sage Vasanni: The smoke... We can't work on the pylon until it's gone.
Sage Vasanni: Tendrils here! Be on your guard.
Sage Vasanni: The barrier around Tarir repels vine tendrils. It keeps them from climbing in.
Sage Vasanni: The barrier extends into the depths to protect it from what could come up below and for good reason.
Sage Vasanni: But the shield will not deter Mordremoth's minions forever. We must be the sword.
Sage Vasanni: More tendrils. Watch out.
Sage Vasanni: Mordremoth's minions may be relentless, but we will never give in. They will never have Tarir.
Sage Vasanni: Behind us!
Sage Vasanni: Saurians live in this part of Maguuma. They're giant, extremely dangerous lizards. Don't let your guard down.
Sage Vasanni: It's a wyvern. Hold here!
Sage Vasanni: The wyvern has fled.
Sage Vasanni: Quickly. The wreckage is just up ahead.

Notes[edit]

  • When the saurians inevitably cross through the dragon-fire trails, they gain a buff which causes each of their attacks to cause burning and burn attackers each time they are hit. This makes groups of foes that would typically be fairly harmless easily inflict over 10 stacks of burning.
