Defeat the attacking Ministry Guards is a level 42 event that takes place on the road between Stoneman's Notch and Diremane Woods. It is presumably only triggered when a player who has completed the Order of Whispers personal story quest An Apple a Day is present.

  • Killing the Veteran Ministry Guard Captain will end the event, and the other Ministry Guard will disappear.
