Bangar's Private Reserve Rum is an alcoholic beverage bundle served in the Rank 'n' File Pub. Interacting with it will grant the 
Rum effect to your character. This helps correctly identify which bundle you've picked up during the serving event. The bundle's ultimate purpose is to be delivered to the appropriate rum-demanding customers.
