The Ancient Karka was a powerful karka that led the karka colony found on Southsun Cove. It was the first to invade Lion's Arch during The Lost Shores, and was eventually killed in the Karka Hive. Its body remains in the Karka Hive, fossilized by the lava that killed it. With its death, the island became a research and tourist attraction.
