The Access Panels are constructs used by the Awakened Inquest found within the Imperial Center for Applied Pestilence. They are unlocked after finishing the Containing the Scarab Plague meta event. Once completed, an Access Card is earned and can be consumed to unlock one of these panels hidden in a house. It will then grant access to a storage room containing reward chests.
