— In-game description

Spirit Banner is a consumable item that can be purchased from the Mystic Forge merchants, similar in functionality to guild banners. Consuming it spawns an object of the same name that, upon interacting with it, grants the  Spirit Banner Boost effect to the player character for 30 minutes. The effect stacks with the guild banner effects.
