  • (Undocumented) Reduced the vitality to condition damage conversion from 13% to 7% in PvE only.

  • This trait now increases condition damage by 13% of your vitality in all game modes, up from 10%.

  • Power of the Virtuous has been reworked. Guardians now gain condition damage based on vitality (10%). Virtues gain reduced recharge (15%).
