September 26, 2023	(Undocumented) Reduced the vitality to condition damage conversion from 13% to 7% in PvE only.
May 25, 2021	This trait now increases condition damage by 13% of your vitality in all game modes, up from 10%.
May 11, 2021	Power of the Virtuous has been reworked. Guardians now gain condition damage based on vitality (10%). Virtues gain reduced recharge (15%).
October 17, 2017	Fixed a bug that caused this trait to apply an incorrect amount of reduction to Virtue of Justice, Spear of Justice, Virtue of Resolve, and Wings of Resolve.
