Wintersday Revelers are humans that tell players about the "Wintersday Teleporter" next to them. Walking through that portal will bring you to the Crown Pavilion where Wintersday activities take place.

- Happy Wintersday! Tixx and his holiday fun-ship are exclusively spreading joy in Divinity's Reach. Step through the portal and visit Queen's Pavilion to enjoy Wintersday activities!
Why isn't Tixx visiting all of the major cities like he used to?
- Humans fund—ahem, appreciate Wintersday more than the other races do, and Lion's Arch has a tendency to sink from time to time. Divinity's Reach is safe and friendly!
