Veteran Knife Tail Gang Slashers are strong skritt who have broken into the Black Lion Vaults of Lion's Arch and made off with the loot therein. Killing any enemy that grants experience has a chance of spawning this NPC; if Bonded Hunter—Knife Tail Gang is active, they will drop a piece of stolen Black Lion loot.

- Anywhere, randomly, after killing an enemy that grants experience while buffed with Bonded Hunter—Knife Tail Gang while the area is upscaled by a large group of players.
