Leystone split[edit]

The split for the armor pieces wasn't necessary - the only item the skins come from are the items with the Wanderer's prefix, which is how we have them documented. We don't use qualifiers if the name of the item is different from the skin name, which it is. —Ventriloquist 12:11, 23 November 2015 (UTC)

Urgh, I thought you'd name the actual items with the prefix name under just Leystone <x> though like I've done for Auric Weapons rather than Wanderer's Leystone <x>, and then the skin pages would all have (skin). They might be available with different prefixes in future. Seylan (talk) 12:14, 23 November 2015 (UTC)
Are you going to revert it? I was going to add the rest of the armors under that name so the skin pages would be separate. Seylan (talk) 12:17, 23 November 2015 (UTC)

Reverting[edit]

Do not revert previous reverts. Undo your changes and leave the links off the pages until the discussion is complete. Mora 01:44, 18 December 2015 (UTC)

Tiny chromatic ooze and hint[edit]

Hello Seylan,

I added the hint exactly as it appears in the collection tab and noticed the inconsistency with the link (due to the another item in the collection following the same naming convention used the by previous editor/creator of the pages) after I had finished it. I noted the summary so that I or someone else could figure out how to best sort the issue. The hint does state tiny ooze and not glob. As I was editing it along side some of my collection completion, I however never noticed if the actual item received from killing a chromatic ooze was called a glob or not. The changes you made with the link should be sufficient in this case.

I completed the remainder of the 2nd portion of hints and I intend on finishing the 3rd portion of hints to the Mystic Chromatic Ooze subsection when I have free time. Crimsonrellik (talk) 22:41, 27 January 2016 (UTC)

Raid gravestones[edit]

In the raid project page you have "Add in references to GW timelines on Gravestone page as per reddit thread."

What exactly do you mean by this? I'm not quite sure what is wanted, so I can't help... -Darqam (talk) 19:56, 7 March 2016 (UTC)

This thread: Spirit Vale Raid Lore Speculation sorry about the late response/inactivity, I've been very amotivated of late for various reasons. Seylan (talk) 01:01, 8 March 2016 (UTC)

pretty pages[edit]

I'm glad your around to rework the atrocities that I make on those raid related pages. I can never, for the life of me, figure out how to make new pages look nice. -Darqam (talk) 14:11, 11 March 2016 (UTC)

You've done the majority of the grunt work :) Seylan (talk) 14:14, 11 March 2016 (UTC)

Prison-Camp rename[edit]

Heya, I'm all for renaming that to something less confusing (and more exact), but I couldn't seem to find another name for it. Is is just "bandit bosses"? If you can point out the right name I can take care of moving all the links and renaming if you don't feel like doing the tedious work. -Darqam (talk) 17:44, 28 March 2016 (UTC)

There was an official reference to the encounter in the last major patch which fixed the bosses getting stuck in the cage. That's the name I'm referring to. Also, any chance we could decide what to do about the navs for the bosses - I used the same template name for the PoIs so they're linking to the boss fights, but it should be like the map exploration ones. Even if dungeons don't have this and raids posts based on those (haven't checked), the PoIs have the lore objects etc. Seylan (talk) 22:48, 28 March 2016 (UTC)
I'm trying to find this on the patch notes, but all I find is: "Salvation Pass: Berg, Narella, and Zane have found some new tricks and can now escape from the prisoner’s cage if they get stuck.". So I'm not sure about the new name; maybe I'm just blind... Found the notes here.
As for the nav, so you are thinking (using Gorseval as an example) that we would link to Gorseval's Perch instead of Gorseval the Multifarious? To me it seems like the Perch page has way less interesting stuff than the Gorseval page. Maybe I'm not understanding something? -Darqam (talk) 00:18, 29 March 2016 (UTC)
Oh I thought it was something like, Free the prisoners encounter name was mentioned. I'll have to check busy atm. Seylan (talk) 02:00, 29 March 2016 (UTC)
Bump on the matter, could you please come to: Talk:Prison Camp Encounter. There *may* be another name listed in game for the encounter instead of us going off a forum post.-Darqam (talk) 18:21, 4 April 2016 (UTC)

Two Tangled Depths Events[edit]

I'm curious if you can help me find two events in Tangled Depths namely [[Take the pioneer golem back to its maker with its data intact (Pioneer Golem 02)]] and [[Take the pioneer golem back to its maker with its data intact (Pioneer Golem 03)|...(Pioneer Golem 03)]]. You fixed the names on the page so I'm wondering(hoping really) if you can help with any information as to when the events spawn or if they're the same as Take the pioneer golem back to its maker with its data intact (Pioneer Golem 01). - Doodleplex 21:37, 19 May 2016 (UTC)

Oh, I haven't been to that section of TD in a while but there are 3 events with 3 different golems. Trying to remember off the top of my head... One is in Rata Novus lane, and the other two are in the chak hive north of Rata Novus/east of Teku Nuhoch. One spawns at the Teku Nuhoch entrance to that hive, the other near where you go to get the Vista above Rata Novus. Seylan (talk) 03:48, 20 May 2016 (UTC)

Siege the stronghold chest[edit]

The reason why it was named that way (it took me this long to confirm) is due to the description of the guild trophies you get (see API). You can see there, and IG, that the description reads: "Found in McLeod the Silent's chest. Trade in at the Guild Decoration Trader to earn a decoration."

If for some reason you still disagree with that naming, then you should get around to also moving the image as well ;) -Darqam (talk) 19:29, 12 July 2016 (UTC)

I have a screenshot of the chest with the name but I'm out atm. I'm sure you know how to move images :p Seylan (talk) 02:57, 13 July 2016 (UTC)
Crud, you reminded me I forgot to turn autoloot back on. Shit. Seylan (talk) 03:08, 13 July 2016 (UTC)
In which case I can only shake my head at anet's, yet again, inconsistency. Some day I swear I'll walk into their offices and slap each and every one of them with a newspaper. -Darqam (talk) 03:39, 13 July 2016 (UTC)

Tonic skills + transformations[edit]

Hey Seylan, thanks a bunch for adding the skills to those recent tonic pages. However, the copy-paste (that I'm assuming you took off of the older tonic pages) is really outdated, as we now use {{environmental skill table header}}, rather than the messy style the older pages used.

Also, you can just add the transformation images to the infobox by using the gallery1 = ...jpg parameter, it saves some space and looks better.

Cheers! —Ventriloquist 20:48, 20 October 2016 (UTC)

Hey Vent, I was a bit confused about the skills because there was literally no consistency across the costume brawl skills listed for the tonic pages. I saw about 3 different formats used and I just nabbed the first one which was from the spooky ghost transform. Thanks for the heads up. Aside from that, I don't know if the new endless ignited wraith tonic has costume brawl skills and I won't be going for it so it would be good if someone who knows could chime in. Seylan (talk) 06:02, 21 October 2016 (UTC)
No problem, I'll keep an eye out on Reddit to see if anyone would be optimistic enough to go for it. I should really clean-up the existing tonic pages to avoid copy-pasting the ugly code. Maybe one of these days... —Ventriloquist 21:21, 21 October 2016 (UTC)
