Talk to Kodan Landspeaker (scout) west of Maul Boneyards, northwest of Autumn's Vale Waypoint — . Talking with other scouts in the map will direct you here.

Go to Haar Mire at the very northwest of Lowland Shore. |
| 5 | Return to Field Archivist Cierle to report about what you've found.

Go to Astral Ward Moon Camp Waypoint — at Lowland Shore. In the edge of the Astral Ward Moon Camp at northwest.

| 6 | Ask Morgaah Bloodseeker in the Black Citadel about crafting a specialized glove.

Go to Factorium Waypoint — and talk to Morgaah Bloodseeker.

I found the meteor embedded in the seafloor, but I couldn't pull it free.
- The rock is melter around it? And the meteor still retained its shape...how fascinating. Well then, we simply need to reheat it to a high enough temperature to loosen its bonds.
I take it you have some magical relic for that?
- Unleashing one treasure to secure another would have us running in circles. For this, we can rely on allies of the ward to make us a new tool.
- What do you have in mind?
- I'll arrange an introduction with Morgaah Bloodseeker, the master armorer of the Black Citadel. He's not one of us, but an ally we can work with–his mastery of heat is what we'll need.
- All right, I'll pay him a visit.
- Splendid. Tell him it's about "the meteor-iron order." I expect he'll need some odds and ends as power sources; while you're there, I'll return to the tower and pick up a few small things.

- The Astral Ward, really—tending the vault is simply a role within it. But yes, I'm focused on investigation and recovery. To maintain a low profile, that happens through cooperators like yourself.

- As long as it's not too dangerous, according to the grand archivist. The vault isn't just about hoarding relics—we also put them in the right hands at the right time.

Notes[edit]
- Completing the 6th step–Ask Morgaan Bloodseeker in the Black Citadel about crafting a specialised glover–automatically unlocks the achievement The Falling Star: Crafting List.
- Completing the 7th step completes the achievement The Falling Star: Meteor Wielder which awards the Meteor-Wielder's Glove Selection despite the achievement asking to acquire the gloves.
- Completing the 8th step completes the achievement The Falling Star: Seizing the Star and awards the Falling Star spear.
- You do not need to have the glove itself equipped for this step. Transmuting the skin onto any other glove also works.
