So, I'm curious about the 'streets' option. Does this mean the poorest, basically? --Spigs 22:54, 26 May 2010 (UTC)

My guess is that streets are equal to Commoners in terms of money and stuff, but they live in the city not elsewhere. Zolann The IrreverentUser Zolann The Irreverent Mysterious Summoning Stone.png 01:10, 27 May 2010 (UTC)
Commoner sounds more like the most common group of people (dur) - which is, more or less, "middle class" - while streets sounds like "street rat," e.g., homeless or third class. Gentry is, then, most likely upper class. -- Konig/talk 01:14, 27 May 2010 (UTC)
Exactly what Konig said. Streets surely refers to poor, while commoner refers to sort of a middle class, and gentry refers to upper class. :) --AmannelleUser Amannelle Me.jpg 02:05, 27 May 2010 (UTC)

Streets?[edit]

so does this mean that they are really poor were you can barely got money?Icyyy Blue User IcyyyBlue Elementalist Blue.png 17:07, 28 May 2010 (UTC)

No, this most likely means that you have the least amount of people who know who you are. This may make it harder to find quests, or it may make it easier (allowing you to build your reputation from a fresh start, whereas gentry may already have some sort of reputation that they have to overcome). --AmannelleUser Amannelle Me.jpg 17:50, 28 May 2010 (UTC)
I actually think this may be the best option, from what I've gathered by looking at screen-shots and images, you can divide up these 3 types of people by their clothes. I think that you can spot the gentry by their wearing of petticoats and more decorated vests, while commoners seem to be those wearing simpler tunics and leggings. The streets seem to be those people wearing the very colorful, i.e. green, blues and yellows, clothing, but without the decoration and intricacy of the gentry. This just leads me to think that the streets people are those who have a decent amount of money, but not enough to be opulent, and so spend it it on the most functional of items. That's what appeals to me, functionality, and the vibrant colors seem cool, though I'm sure dyes will remain available no matter what social class you are. 72.174.198.212 18:39, 3 June 2010 (UTC)
Every background option will surely have some pros and some cons, and in the end it's totally a matter of opinion. -- 93 | T | C | 17:19, 3 June 2010 (UTC)
Also, "streets" sounds kind of like "merchants" to me...Y'know, the people you see on the streets everywhere. Zolann The IrreverentUser Zolann The Irreverent Mysterious Summoning Stone.png 21:24, 3 June 2010 (UTC)
What pictures I never seen any pictures???--Icyyy Blue User IcyyyBlue Elementalist Blue.png 10:27, 4 June 2010 (UTC)
Perhaps he's referring to The Races of Tyria trailer and the screenshots taken from it. -- 93 | T | C | 11:45, 4 June 2010 (UTC)
Yea, those few shots, as well as the multitude of still screens that they've added to decorate and enthuse us on the pages of all their more recent articles at the GW2 website, I believe most of them are of a burning house with adventurers and NPCs trying to put it out, while others seem to be of a type of shooting range. 72.174.198.212 19:53, 10 June 2010 (UTC)

Delete[edit]

That's Bullshit, if you reason like that you can delete half the wiki, why not keep the page updated with whatever we know, like the information that's on here.--Mark, User talk:Markisbeest het Beest 07:29, 18 August 2011 (UTC)

There has been some discussion over combining biography questions/answers into one article, as well as abandoning them altogether. I just not sure where. Maybe in Talk:Biography#formatting_bio_answer_pages, but I think there was more. Mediggo 08:03, 18 August 2011 (UTC)
If that's the case then the wording is inaccurate... But that makes sense, still I vote no, but I'll go to the discussion to say that...--Mark, User talk:Markisbeest het Beest 12:20, 18 August 2011 (UTC)
other discussion at talk:cycle. Anyways, this page has no additional information than others. It should be stated elsewhere, if it isn't already, that the bio questions alter either appearance, personal story, or both. That is the sole possible thing which can be here Nd not on Biography.
