Divers Breather Helmet

All level 80 stats, including Diviner's, are available when customizing the Diver's Breather Helmet. I don't know if that means it can be changed to that stat if it was created differently, but it would seem likely. The note on the talk page states that some stats are not available for Breather Helmets. Separ (talk) 22:39, 30 January 2021 (UTC)

From Breathing apparatus "Warning: Not all insignias can be used to change stats on ascended breathers. As an example, attempting to change breather stats by placing a Plaguedoctor's Intricate Gossamer Insignia in the Mystic Forge will not yield a functioning recipe."

Afaik the note on this page is trying to say you can select any stat initially on the stat selectable diving gear such as Wegloop's or Diver's Breather Helmet, but if you were to attempt to stat swap the same item later, then certain insignia don't have the option to mystic forge at all.
