Raid Email[edit]

So I just got this lovely email from Anet about the raid in my inbox which brought me here: [[1]] and was wondering if you raid people can use some of the images here or what have you seeing as how I have no idea about raids but it seems helpful so I thought I'd pass it along. - Doodleplex 00:02, 11 March 2016 (UTC)

OOooo pretty. At the very least; I'm going to use that for images for some of the bosses. But I'm sure those can get thrown in somewhere in a gallery. Would be a shame to waste them. -Darqam (talk) 01:01, 11 March 2016 (UTC)

Removed vista as of May 15, 2017 patch[edit]

Not sure exactly why, but the vista was removed from SP. You can still see it if you physically go to the location, but its no longer an icon on the map. I'm unsure if it even gives exp because I tried it on a character that I don't think had it unlocked and did not receive any. Sythe 02:51, 19 May 2017 (UTC)

Sounds like a bug. Make sure to report it. —Ventriloquist 07:36, 19 May 2017 (UTC)

Igniting the oil from the kegs[edit]

I have run into some instances where the kegs even though thrown correctly on Narella and observing fluctuating burning stacks on Narella from Dragonhunters in the squad didn't seem to ignite properly. Burning stacks stayed at 6-8 stacks all the time which was likely only made up from squad damage. This suggests that just applying burning won't ignite the oil and the information in the article would be wrong as a result. After inquiring in a raid training guild (RTI), experienced members suggested that either one of the following three conditions need to be met to ignite the oil:

Would be quite cool to get some confirmation / testing done to verify the exact ways to light up the oil. The first two seem fairly reasonable, the latter a bit odd but I wouldn't be completely surprised if it worked. In my squad we had only one person with a fire field and (probably) no fire type weapons which would explain why we encountered that problem at all. Endaris (talk) 22:49, 13 October 2020 (UTC)

Voice lines post-Matthias[edit]

I talked to the NPCs in the ruins after Matthias died, which went through the usual dialogue starting with a captive saying "They're here!"

When the captive mentioned their dead husband, the following dialogue line took three different forms. In the speech bubble above my character (a charr), they said "They junked him?", the actual audio was "They killed him?" and the dialogue box without audio listed the response as "They took him?"

I'm not quite sure how to represent all that information on the page.

EDIT: There are a few dialogue lines to modify, now I'm looking at it properly.

(struggling noises) happens at 60% of Matt's health, and it didn't seem connected to a sacrifice phase. I got "Bow before the White Mantle." at the 40% transformation, then "Ritual...must not...be stopped..." at roughly 10%?

Once Matt died, Bennett said "I need your help!" followed by "Thanks. I wish we could take this moment to celebrate, but I fear there isn't time." and all the rest.

The Captive conversation went as follows:

Captive: They're here!

(Charr character): Quitting time! You're free.

Captive 2: (sigh)

Captive 3: Oh, thank Dwanya!

Captive: You've...taken care of...the inquisitor?

(Charr): That's what we do.

Captive: We'll never be safe again. They'll find out what happened here.

(Charr): The White Mantle, you mean?

etc.

Then the junked/killed line as I mentioned before.

(Sorry for the poor formatting, if I had more time and experience this would look a lot nicer.)
