Auto-tracking missiles... Seeking Arrows is making a comeback? -~=Ϛρѧякγ User Sparky, the Tainted guided sig.png (τѧιк) 23:19, 21 July 2010 (UTC)

Except those could actually miss. It's more like Deathly Swarm, but actually a projectile, or something. --Kyoshi User Kyoshi sig.png (Talk) 23:20, 21 July 2010 (UTC)
Well, they obviously wouldn't just C&P Seeking Arrows from GW. :P I wonder if all auto-tracking projectiles are unblockable and if not, how do they react to Whirling Defense? Just continue to bounce off of the ranger until he/she stops channeling WD? -~=Ϛρѧякγ User Sparky, the Tainted guided sig.png (τѧιк) 00:03, 22 July 2010 (UTC)

Combo with projectile don't work on different height. The Z axis influences the combo. Video-combo --82.52.73.125 10:51, 3 April 2012 (UTC)

GWW link box[edit]

Uh, why do we have a GWW link box here? It's one thing to link to articles which actually have complementary information, such as lore articles like Orr and Orr; both have different pieces of information which are somewhat true in both games. However, this is a purely mechanic articles; why would it matter how projectiles work in GW1? Additional information found on GWW's Projectile article doesn't reall add anything to someone who's interested in learning about GW2's projectiles. Erasculio 23:54, 21 July 2010 (UTC)

I agree, having a link on a mechanic section to the previous game's mechanic will confuse matters. RandomTime 23:56, 21 July 2010 (UTC)

Combos[edit]

Are there any projectiles that we know of that do not also function as the "Physical Projectile" combo finisher? Mattsta 20:24, 23 February 2012 (UTC)

target of beneficial effects[edit]

How do the beneficial effects of Projectile x Light (remove condition) or x Water (regeneration) work? Are they applied back to the user of the projectile skill? Or are they applied to an ally near the target of the skill? —Dr Ishmael User Dr ishmael Diablo the chicken.png 15:48, 1 August 2012 (UTC)

Small Projectile Finisher[edit]

I believe ArenaNet calls the 20% projectile finishers "Small Projectile Finisher" in the Update Notes. (See for example: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/info/news/Game-Update-Notes-December-14-2012) --Alad 06:28, 25 February 2013 (UTC)
