I would really like to know what the name of the minions are. They look like Bone Minions. But I haven't had a really good look at them.--Yozuk 23:42, 22 August 2011 (UTC)
- Perhaps they are simply Jagged Horrors? But what I'm more interested in is how many of these minions can you have at the most?--Tuomir 23:44, 22 August 2011 (UTC)
- Probably quite a few, considering associated form. That's the whole point of being a lich, after all. Mediggo 09:07, 23 August 2011 (UTC)
- Looks like you can have 8. So combined with the fact that minions don't have health degen, you can have 8 jagged (which follow you after lich form ends) + 5 bone minions + 2 bone fiends + 1 shadow fiend + 1 blood fiend = 17 minions following you, given some time to prepare. I'd say that counts as a small army :D 199.245.34.11 10:15, 31 August 2011 (UTC)
- So you can use the elite out of combat, summon 8 minions, and they will be there forever (until they die) and then you can wait the elite to recharge to have it available before combat? Or do they die after some time? It seems like minion master is going to be a really cool set up, specially now that it has its own trait line. Lokheit 13:15, 10 September 2011 (UTC)
- In PvP, utility minions die when entering Lich Form. Mediggo 07:40, 13 October 2011 (UTC)

PLEEEEEASE[edit]
Look just like or very similar to the GW1 jagged horror. PLEEEEASSEEE?!--Gerroh 06:30, 2 October 2011 (UTC)
- it doesn't. --The Holy Dragons 09:09, 2 October 2011 (UTC)
- In regards to "looks", new and fresh is always more exciting than recycled. Unless it's purposely done for nostalgic purposes. Venom20 11:53, 2 October 2011 (UTC)
- noshutup, old jagged horror was amaaaaazing. Greatest minion, ever. I'd love something similar, but with extra GW2 touches. Anyone got a picture of the new one? =T--Gerroh 16:13, 2 October 2011 (UTC)

(Reset indent) It's not that it's change, it's that the old ones look so much better. Bone minions/jagged horrors in GW2 just don't look threatening, they look like a rat/bunny with a human skull on its face. Plus, there's absolutely nothing jagged about the current mesh they're using for it. Does the jagged horror even cause some kind of effect to imply it's jagged, such as bleeding? Blehhh!--Gerroh 21:13, 6 October 2011 (UTC)
- Jaggedness outside GW1 doesn't really have anything much to do with bleeding. Repeated stacks of bleeding from, what, 8 minions would be pretty stupid anyways. Minions also have very different role in GW2 than in GW1 so it makes sense that they are more easily identifiable and distinguished from each other. They are now more of actual undead servants than a mindless army, especially if you think about Blood Fiend or Flesh Wurm, and that fits GW2 perfectly. Lich Form makes the exception here because a lich is generally a powerful necromancer who commands large number of other undead. Other than that, I also think that they're meant to "take less space" when it comes to observing the battlefield instead of UI.
- tl:dr The time of mindless minion armies is over. :) Mediggo 04:51, 7 October 2011 (UTC)
- Your minions might be mindless, but mine go to university. If something is jagged it's... pointy, sharp, not smoothe. Nothing about these implies any jaggedness of any sort, I was using bleeding as an example, because it fits. I could even understand cripple or something. The problem is that they could be called ANYTHING because the name just doesn't fit. We could call the bouncing horrors, or ticklish horrors, or elephant horrors, and it'd fit just as well.--Gerroh 23:24, 11 October 2011 (UTC)
- Oh noes!! The ticklish horrors attack!!1! Everybody panik!!!11!!one!! Venom20 00:08, 12 October 2011 (UTC)

- I'm more afraid of elephant horrors tbh... Hide yo wives, hide you peanuts! It's an elephant horror! --El_Nazgir 15:42, 12 October 2011 (UTC)
- Gerroh we get your point, but aren't you a bit overreacting? --The Holy Dragons 19:58, 13 October 2011 (UTC)
