- No, once he is interacted with, he moves to the Eye of the North from Drizzlewood Coast. His presence in Drizzlewood Coast is solely to facilitate the start of the Tengu Weapons collection. Quetzal or not[edit]
Should he be considered a Quetzal tengu since he appears to use the same model as one of the quetzal in HoT and quetzal lived in woodland cascades in gw1? Sunlion (talk) 00:47, 31 May 2020 (UTC)
