Feedback 2013/06/12[edit]

This entry isn't helpful. The Apprentice is not related to the subject, and in any case the entry tells you nothing about how to find out where to turn in Dragon's Jade Claim Tickets. It should say the vendor is on the second floor of the Trading Post. The preceding unsigned comment was added by 72.208.246.81 (talkcontribs).

The apprentice thing is probably just because someone copy-pasted the code from another page and forgot to change it. Updated the page, thanks for pointing that out. Pie Formation (talk) 21:42, 12 June 2013 (UTC)

They no longer sell the Dragon's Jade weapons, and all the other weapons are available through ticket scraps from the black lion chests. Found this the hard way when trying to redeem 3 Jade tickets :( ~Miss Lana 14:50, 19 September 2013 (UTC)

Never mind, you just have to have the tickets on you, and the dialogue to get one is different. This is the same for all one-off tickets. I'm no good with editing pages (sorry guys, it's 1 am), so if someone could update, I'm sure the community as a whole would be grateful ~Miss Lana 15:08, 19 September 2013 (UTC)
Interesting. I have no means to test this and it would be great if someone with older tickets would share more info about it. And different dialogue, I'd like to put that up there too. Rakuin (talk) 09:38, 23 October 2013 (UTC)

Tried to redeem a jade ticket today with no success. 3 April 2014 The preceding unsigned comment was added by 70.189.9.38 (talk).

weaponsmith vs armorsmith[edit]

Recently these guys got split up. Half of them are Black Lion Weapons Specialist (Weaponsmith) and the other half are Black Lion Weapons Specialist (armorsmith). the current page only reflects the functions off the first. what would be best to solve this?? Make this page a disambigation page and move the current content to [[Black Lion Weapons Specialist (Weaponsmith)]] and create a page for [[Black Lion Weapons Specialist (armorsmith)]]?? or are there different suggestions?195.240.63.18 13:44, 28 May 2014 (UTC)

Price increase[edit]

If I recall correctly, weapons get more expensive every once in a while. Could someone confirm and if it's true, should we make a note of this on the page? ~ Sanna Talk page 19:59, 3 October 2014 (UTC)

Weapon sets are introduced at 1 ticket per skin; later (usually when the next set is introduced, sometimes sooner(?)) it increases to 5. —Dr Ishmael User Dr ishmael Diablo the chicken.png 20:06, 3 October 2014 (UTC)

Need to Correct Vendor List[edit]

The Black Lion vendor list needs correction. The only place in LA to buy these weapons now is at The Vault, yet every weapon page (which uses Vendor List) shows the old locations. Darcy (talk) 19:50, 26 July 2015 (UTC)

I've split this page into Black Lion Weapons Specialist (The Vaults) which should resolve this problem. -Chieftain AlexUser Chieftain Alex sig.png 14:34, 30 July 2015 (UTC)
I don't know if this NPC is still in Trader's Forum, but the NPC is definitely in the Vault(s), or at least an NPC selling the current Black Lion Weapons. Inculpatus cedo (talk) 06:42, 28 August 2017 (UTC)

Embellished Weapons / Plasma weapons[edit]

They have a Black Lion Weapons Specialist who gives the Embellished weapon skins for one Black Lion Claim Ticket now. He is in the front door and on the right side in the lower room. Also there are others in the back rooms on the right who gives Plasma, Improvised, Merciless, Glittering weapon skins for 3 tickets... btw who gives the tickets? i have scraps to trade but can't find the guy lol 00:57, 28 July 2016 (UTC)

Umm Gallant and Dreamthistle skins too 01:04, 28 July 2016 (UTC)
Balthazars (5 tickets), Tempest(5), Dwaynas(3) as well. 01:07, 28 July 2016 (UTC)
The vendors in the vault are on http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Black_Lion_Weapons_Specialist_(The_Vaults) - this is just the single vendor, which is usually next to the tradingpost person --Queicherius (talk) 20:37, 28 July 2016 (UTC)

Is there a historical log that I can check for the dates whenever the Black Lion Weapons Specialist's offered items are changed?[edit]

Also, when are this merchant's wares usually changed, and have there been exceptions? --138.75.82.239 02:49, 15 April 2018 (UTC)

Not really, on both points. The merchant's wares change whenever ticket skins change, which does not appear to be on a concrete schedule (generally tied to Black Lion Chest refreshes and major releases). If a player or wiki editor didn't write down a date for an addition/cycle/removal, it's generally lost to time. -Azure Fang (talk) 03:35, 15 April 2018 (UTC)
You can check the history of the page, Black Lion Weapons Specialist (The Vaults) which should show you any changes that have been noted down. Of course, the information (as always) is only as good as the editors volunteering to post. Good luck. Inculpatus cedo (talk) 04:15, 15 April 2018 (UTC)

Desert King Weapons[edit]

There seem to be some missing; I'm not sure how to edit those tables. Inculpatus cedo (talk) 21:48, 28 June 2018 (UTC)
