Temple of Kormir Waypoint — do the mini-jumping puzzle at 
The Teratohedron — . Climb up to the skill point, turn around to take the sand portal and follow the sand road to the dragon. Shifting Sands mastery recommended. - Or you may also use the Griffon and fly northwest from the top of the pyramid to the sand road.
