Acquisition[edit]
- Dropped by any foe in Jahai Bluffs that is not an ambient creature (aka critter).
Notes[edit]
- Used on Empty Rune Slot in Sun's Refuge
- Only drops if one isn't already in the player's inventory.
- Stops dropping when one has been added to its Empty Rune Slot.
