Can't verify the Devourer drop, but I got mine from a Branded Griffon near the Venta Pass WP Lothaelin (talk) 05:00, 21 September 2018 (UTC)

After doing some in-depth research i can confirm this, all foes in Jahai Bluffs can drop these runes. They also only drop if one isn't already in your inventory. Updated the Acquisition and Notes accordingly Almdudler (talk) 03:03, 7 November 2018 (UTC)

I'm still getting drops of these even after achievement is completed. Pukeface
