We gotta gt out there to repair the power lines, but it's absolute chaos. The Jade Brotherhood is out in force, the mechs are acting up... It's not safe. We could use your help.

What's going on?

Somethin' messing with the power grid. Whatever it is, the jade tech is...reacting to it. Attacking folks on the streets, causin' trouble. I don't know what's going on, but we need to restore order.
