Rebel Keyon
Rebel Keyon is helping Zuri Odili with the resistance against the vizier and clanmarshal by stealing weapons from the garrison. He has a loyal dolyak Ori.

Just North of the main Garrison courtyard, between the Garrison and the water.

- We're going to need weapons to rise up against the clanmarshal, and the only place we're going to find real weapons is in the garrison. You'll need keys from the Awakened guards patrolling the area.
What are we waiting for? Let's get those weapons.
Why can't we raid it right now?
- The guards only come out during their patrol shift. That's our chance to steal the weapons. I'm collecting them so we'll be armed for an assault to overthrow Clanmarshal Geddi and Vizier Kasahn.
What else can you tell me?

- What's so special about the garrison?
- The entire valley was once thriving farmlands, and the garrison was originally a storehouse. But since the Forged have cut off our domain, the clanmarshal's been using it for his Awakened guards.
- And now it holds weapons? And I'm guessing the security is tight?
- Yes, there's a series of locked rooms, many with weapons stashed inside. The Awakened are constantly ong uard. If you go in, be careful you don't get lost or trapped.
- What else can you tell me?

- Who thought up this plan? Seems pretty rash...
- Zuri Odili, Vadik's daughter. She's the force behind the rebellion against the clanmarshal. I wish it hadn't come to this, but she's right—the clanmarshal isn't following the will of King Joko.
- So where is Zuri?
- She's supposed to join us. She might've gone ahead and tried to steal weapons from the garrison on her own. I just hope she doesn't get caught—the rebellion can't come together without her.
