Ah, Lake Mourn. One of the best places in all of Tyria. It was a glacier until Hrothbeir came.

Hrothbeir?

When our ancestors first settled, a glacial shelf loomed over the settlement. Asgeir told his friend Hrothbeir to smash it before it crashed down on them.

Taking on a glacier? That must have been a sight.

Legend goes, Hrothbeir smashed at the glacier for days on end without rest. Finally, the shelf fell away from the settlement. There Hrothbeir stood, raising his hammer in triumph.

A great legend.

That it is. Asgeir named the newly created island Hrothbeir's Rest, for that is where Hrothbeir sat exhausted after his victory.
