Ogotl

Home of the Ogotl tribe.

The Ogotl are a hostile red-skinned hylek tribe found at the bottom of the Gotala Cascade at the Ogotl Grounds. They are a tribe of mystics who worship the sun god Zintl. They are known to use zalisco to brew the “Eye of the Sun”, a potion that turns the imbiber into an avatar of the sun. The potion was consumed by Tochzotl in order to eradicate all enemies of the hylek, but was defeated by a sylvari party led by Trahearne before he could poison the forest.

These hylek are experimented on in Venlin Vale by Organizer Aerixx who seeks to make all the red-skinned hylek turn blue. The pigment change causes the hylek to act aggressive towards each other.
