Acquisition[edit]
- Talking to Mist Stranger as a mesmer in one of the five starting areas during Halloween Bonus Bash while being above level 10, or during New Hero Jump Start after completing 5 events in one of the five starting areas.

Dreambound Greatsword (choice)
Dreambound Scepter (choice)
Dreambound Staff (choice)
