The Lightning Adept was one of the three aspect adepts and taught how to use Lightning Pull. She was located at the northwest portion of the upper level of Bazaar Docks.

- You're awfully high up. Visiting the sanctum? I hope you enjoy yourself.
How do I get across?
- Just as lightning leaps from place to place, so can you. Run across the platform and collect crystals. When you stand in the right spot, you can tether across to the nearest anchor.

- Locate the Wind Adept and use the Wind crystal to jump across the platforms. Pass through the bar to find the Lightning Adept on the other side next to a lightning anchor.
