Dialogue[edit]
- Greetings. Welcome to the lighthouse at Lion's Gate. I hope you've come here to learn the history of this incredible structure, because I come here to teach it.
- As long as we're both here, tell me the history of this place.
- This lighthouse is the only surviving structure from the original Lion's Arch. The rest of the city and its citizens were destroyed by the tidal wave created when Zhaitan raised Orr from the depths.
- Then who rebuilt Lion's Arch?
- The first to settle in the ruins were pirates displaced by the sea's turmoil. They used it as a stronghold and began rebuilding using hulls and timbres from shipwrecked vessels and what few walls remained.
- Pirates rebuilt Lion's Arch?
- The pirates were the first, but in the century since the rise of Orr, Lion's Arch has evolved into a more neutral city - founded on the principles of trade and commerce, and open to all races.
- Thanks for the history lesson.
- Hard to believe the founding fathers of this place were pirates. Good-bye.
- I don't have time to stop and chat now. Good-bye.
Trivia[edit]
- The 14 December, 2012 game update moved the bridge leading up to the lighthouse. Despite the obvious way to access this NPC being removed, she could still be accessed by jumping on rocks to reach the entrance. Later, she was removed entirely.
