The Jade Runestone is an item dropped by Veteran Runestone Keymaster at the end of the second room of Vasburg Armory mini-dungeon mini-dungeon. It's required for the second pair of the Amber Teleporters to get into the treasury room where it needs to be inserted into the Jade Key to gain access to the Chest of Vasburg Riches.
