The Amber Runestone is an item found at the end of the first room of Vasburg Armory mini-dungeon mini-dungeon. It's required for the Sapphire Teleporter to get into the second room and later on for the Amber Key in the treasury room to gain access to the Chest of Vasburg Riches.
