Herboza the Wretched is a Risen norn. She was an explorer who intended to reach the western edge of Tyria. The Risen discovered her corpse within Whisperwill Bogs and raised her as one of their own. Tegwen says that she was turned into a dragon champion, as well as a new kind of undead. She's known to wail as she approaches those she intends to kill.
