Helpful Hero is a Portal Panic achievement in which you must collect lost belongings found within Mists Rifts and return them to their owners.

Walkthrough[edit]
- Enter Mists Rift through one of the portals during
Catch Brand crystals and use them to disrupt the rift (20) (occur every 10 minutes at seven locations, starting at xx:x0) and finish the event 
[Group Event] Defeat the Riftstalker to close the rift (80). - Complete Escape the collapsing rift! (80) by exiting through the new exit portal that is located on a smaller floating island; this will automatically grant you a rift item according to the timer table below. Upon spawning back in Tyria, speak to the NPC standing nearby to reunite them with their lost item.
- Alternatively use a Branded Riftstone to enter a Mists Rift. If the rift item received is from the previous interval then using a riftstone within the same interval should get you into an instance with the reward you are looking for.
