Glint's Shrine[1] is a dwarven shrine to the dragon prophet Glint found in the Droknar's Light fractal within Skywatch Archipelago, now partially covered by the snow. It was once maintained by the Brotherhood of the Dragon, and is still watched over by one of its former members, Consul Frodak Steelstar. Kneeling here summons a vision of Glint's visage and grants 
Alacrity (10s).
