Location[edit]

Dialogue[edit]

Greetings, mortal. What brings you to walk among the dead?
Talk more option tango.png What's going on here?
An ageless battle. An unending grudge. Guild warriors of days past caught up in the fervor for battle, and unable to rest.
Talk more option tango.png Unable to rest? This place is haunted?
Yes. Their spirits became so entwined in pursuit of battle and conquest that they found themselves here, locked in combat for eternity.
Talk more option tango.png For eternity?
Aye. Grenth and Balthazar themselves have no greater reward for their devotees than to spend eternity engaging in the heat of righteous combat.
Talk more option tango.png Tell me more about this place. (same as "What is this place?")
Talk end option tango.png Well, thanks for the information. Farewell, spirit.
Talk end option tango.png Good-bye.
Talk end option tango.png Perpetual combat among the dead? I think I'll leave now.
Talk more option tango.png What is this place?
This was once Fort Koga. Guilds came from all over Tyria to try and control this vital location.
Talk more option tango.png Why was it so contested?
When I was alive, the fort was the key to controlling all trade routes. Once other routes were discovered, the guilds took their battle elsewhere. Now, only the dead remain.
Talk end option tango.png Good-bye.
Talk end option tango.png Nothing. Never mind.

Trivia[edit]

  • In the original Guild Wars Fort Koga was a PvP map and PvP matches could be watched by other players although those were called observers, not spectators.
